Online booking
For further information and booking, please visit the Dudley Group Foundation Trust website and select the site you wish to attend. You will be presented with available slots in green. If you click on the arrows to the right, you will be presented with further dates. Click a slot for your chosen time and a new window will open, where you will need to provide your personal details. A mobile number is required to receive a text message confirmation of your booking. No children after 17:00 on weekdays or all-day Saturday.
Patients who are unable to book online can call on either of the following number: 01384 365155 between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday and 09:00 and 15:00 on Saturday.
The above clinics may have to be changed or cancelled periodically due to holidays/sickness.
Some local GP surgeries also provide blood test services, please ask reception for further details.
