Surgery Times
The practice is open from
8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
at Wordsley Green Surgery and 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
at Market Street Surgery. During this time our reception area and telephones are manned to enable you to access our services either by calling at the surgery or by telephone.
Please note, however, that from 12 noon to 1.30pm our telephone system is switched to a recorded message which will give you details of how to contact a doctor in an emergency during this period. Our Market Street Surgery premises will also be closed during this time.

Extended Hours

GP appointments and community services such as our Community Vasectomy Service may be conducted after 6.30pm. Please be aware that although the premises may be open, walk-in and emergency GP services are not available at these times and the out-of-hours service should be contacted as usual if you need a GP after 6.30pm.

The surgery is closed as follows:
Monday to Friday 6.30pm until 8.00am (the following morning)
Friday 6.30pm until 8.00am Monday morning
All public holidays.
If you need to see a doctor in an emergency out of hours, please telephone Primecare on 0845 145 1800.
If you think your condition is life-threatening or very serious, please telephone 999.
Dudley Primary Care Trust is responsible for commissioning these services.
NHS Walk-in Centre
Many medical conditions and minor accidents can often be treated adequately in an NHS Walk-in Clinic. The nearest such facility is based at the Holly Hall Clinic on Stourbridge Road, Dudley (Tel: 0330 123 9225) and is open between 8.00am and 8.00pm, seven days a week. No appointment is necessary - just walk in!
