Make An Appointment?

Appointments to see a doctor or nurse are made by telephoning 01384 277591 (Wordsley Green), or 01384 402327 (Market Street), or by calling at the surgery. Routine appointments are available one week in advance. Patients who need to be seen on the day will be given a choice of doctors available with on-the-day appointments.

Please call after 8.30am to make a routine appointment.

Appointments can also be made by booking online. You will need to register for this facility. Ask at reception for your registration information then, once registered, click on the link below.

Obtain Telephone Advice?

Should you wish to speak to a doctor on the telephone, please book a doctor's telephone appointment with the reception staff.

How Do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?

If you are unable to attend the surgery and need a doctor to visit you at home, please telephone your usual surgery number before 10.00am whenever possible, where a receptionist will take details of the reason you require the visit.

Please remember that home visits are only for patients who have serious illnesses or are housebound.

Obtain Test Results?

Please telephone after 2.00pm daily for test results. Also please do not ask a member of your family or friend to request the result as under confidentiality rules we are not permitted to tell them.
