How Do I...
Make An Appointment?
Appointments to see a doctor or nurse are made by telephoning 01384 277591
for Wordsley Green Surgery, or 01384 402327 for Market Street Surgery, or by
calling into the surgeries themselves. Routine appointments are available up
to 1 month in advance. Patients who need to be seen urgently on the day itself
will be offered an emergency appointment with the duty doctor for that day.
Please ask for the surgery newsletter for a more detailed description of
the appointment system.
Appointments can also be made by booking online. You will need to register for this facility. Ask at reception for your registration information then, once registered, click on the link below.

How Do I...
Cancel Appointments?
If you cannot keep your appointment, please inform the reception staff. Failure to cancel an appointment means that other patients who could have had your timeslot if you had cancelled have to wait longer for an appointment.
Any patient not attending three appointments in a year without cancelling, will receive a warning letter. Any further non-attendance without cancelling can result in the practice asking you to leave the list.
How Do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?
If you are unable to attend the surgery and need a doctor to visit you at home, please telephone your usual surgery number before 10.00am whenever possible, where a receptionist will take details of the reason you
require the visit.
Please remember that home visits are only for patients who have serious illnesses or are housebound.
How Do I...
Obtain Test Results?
Please telephone your usual surgery for test results; do not ask a member of your family or friend to request the result as under confidentiality rules we are not permitted to tell them.
